Data we handle on this website

Contact form

We collect your name, email address, subject, and message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if it turns into a project, to run that project. They are never added to a mailing list or used for advertising.

Server logs and security

Our hosting server keeps automatic technical logs: IP address, browser type, date and time, and the page requested. The site’s security plugin records IP addresses in order to block abusive access attempts. These exist to keep the site running and protected, not to identify visitors.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. WordPress may set strictly functional cookies if you log in as a registered user, which does not apply to visitors.

Third-party services

Some parts of the site load content hosted by third parties. When that happens, those third parties receive your IP address and basic browser information, because that is how any web request works.

Our games and apps

Save the Pie!!, in both its browser version and its Android version, collects no personal data, stores none, and transmits none.

Specifically: it requires no sign-up or user account, shows no advertising, includes no analytics or measurement tools, does not access your location, camera, microphone, contacts, or device files, and saves no progress, scores, or identifiers. All of the game’s content ships inside the app itself and runs on your device.

If we ever publish an app that does handle personal data, we will update this policy before it launches and the change will show in the date at the top.

Children

Our games are suitable for all ages and, since they collect no data, they collect no data from children either. The contact form is intended for professional enquiries: we ask that people under 16 not use it without a parent or guardian’s permission.

How long we keep data

Contact form messages are kept for the duration of the conversation and afterwards for as long as is reasonable to document the business relationship. Technical server logs rotate according to our hosting provider’s schedule. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you access to any data we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, or to delete it. Write to Quarantine.Interactive@gmail.com and we will respond within the legal timeframes.

In Argentina, the processing of personal data is governed by Personal Data Protection Act No. 25.326. The supervisory authority is the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), with whom you may lodge a complaint. If you contact us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you additionally have the rights granted by the GDPR.

Changes to this policy

If anything changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Substantive changes will be announced right here.
